Shipping Policy

• Domestic Shipping (within the Philippines): Delivery within a maximum of 14 days from order confirmation.
• International Shipping: Delivery within 30 days or more, depending on destination and customs.

Refund and Return Policy

In compliance with Philippine consumer protection laws, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or if your order does not arrive within the stated delivery timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of receipt or the expected delivery date.

Refunds or replacements are processed after verification and return of the item in original condition, if applicable. Refunds will follow the guidelines of Republic Act No. 7394 (The Consumer Act of the Philippines).

Please allow up to 14 business days for refund processing after we receive and inspect the returned product.
